Weight Loss
Hey Guys,
So its getting to that time of the year again.... Spring... and then the dreaded summer..... dont get me wrong. i like summer just like the next person... but lately with my weight gains... i dont look forward to summer anymore. =*(
So this is my entry. Im currently 210 pounds. 5'10 im pretty satisfied with my arms and legs.... well cafs.. but i really need help with the stomach and i guess upper thighs...
Anyone got tips on eatting scheduals?
Good exercises for these areas? cuz right now im just doing mostly cardio and then my basic arm exercises. i need to up the wager so any help is much appreciated.

So one of my long time buddies is FINALLY coming to NYC to see me.... well to vacation in ny but im going to see her x) w/e its the same. I hope i have a good time this weekend. x) hopefulyl there will be some good pix after this weekend. OOOo and plus my new friend is finally coming home to hang out x) yay. i really hope this weekend turns out fantastic. OOOoOooOo plus Casino Royal is coming out 2morow. i can feel the goodness coming even though the weather sux. x) THANKSGIVING is coming up tooo. and you all know wat that means. FOOOOOOODODDDD !!! So i havent written in a while. Nothing to really write about. Im pretty bored with my life, its been quiet dull. Except the fact that my parents have been in china and ive had the house to me and my brother for 2 weeks. That was definatly really nice.
Wat else? Dont really have plans for halloween yet anyone got suggestions? Im down to dress up if someone dresses up with me. Oh plus does anyone know a good gym i can join that has good work out classes for not too much?
